RULES AND REGULATION

1. You are enrolled as a final year student in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
   
2. You are not a committee, involved or part of Majlis Anugerah Kolej Kediaman committee.
   
3. The nominees have to send their resume to evo.makk2009@gmail.com before 3/03/2009. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview session.
   
4. If you have been chosen to receive the award, kindly inform your attendance.
   
5. The award recipient will be notified at least two (2) weeks before the dinner.
   
6.  Those award recipients who cannot come to the dinner will automatically been dismissed from award recipient list.
   
7. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters related to the rules and regulation.
